Jay C. Wendt and his wife, Kathy, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1556 Highland Valley Circle in Wildwood for $599,900.

The Wendts bought the property for $640,000 in June 2008. The 2,466-square-foot house, which was built in 1995, is in the neighborhood of Highlands of Chesterfield Highland Ridge. Mark Lynch of Re/Max Suburban is the listing agent.

Mr. Wendt has served as vice president of sales and marketing at ARA Health Services Inc. in St. Louis.

He studied healthcare administration at Texas State University in San Marcos.

There were 491 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $329,800.
