Maria Reazer and her husband, William, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 820 W. Essex Ave. in Kirkwood for $349,000.

The Reazers bought the property for $330,000 in April 2005. The 1,891-square-foot house was built in 1941. Sally Coleman of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mrs. Reazer is a physical therapist who specializes in pediatric therapy services. She has worked for Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, which she joined in 2002, and with East Tennessee Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Knoxville.

She holds a bachelor of health science in physical therapy degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

There were 505 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
