Country club GM buys 5BD in Wynncrest

Jeffrey S. Kreafle and his wife, Sherri, bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2661 Wynncrest Ridge Dr. in Wildwood from Claymont Development for $675,000 on April 23.

The 4,965-square-foot house, which was built in 2008, is in the neighborhood of Wynncrest.

Mr. Kreafle has served as general manager and chief operating officer at Bellerive Country Club. He served in the same capacity at Wayzata Country Club and American Golf Corp. He started his career working in public relations for the Baltimore Orioles.

He graduated from Towson University in 1993.

There were 489 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $325,000.
