Mr. Kreafle has served as general manager and chief operating officer at Bellerive Country Club. He served in the same capacity at Wayzata Country Club and American Golf Corp. He started his career working in public relations for the Baltimore Orioles.

He graduated from Towson University in 1993.

There were 489 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $325,000.
