Todd C. Deibel and his wife, Jennifer, sold a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 420 Dielman Road in Olivette to Vern L. Crawford and Steven K. Walton for $450,000 on April 29.

Deibel bought the property for $400,000 in March 2001. The 2,283-square-foot house, which was built in 1941, is in the neighborhood of the Orchards.

Deibel has served as president of Universal Air Filter Co., in St. Louis. He was marketing communications business analyst at Intel Corp., before that.

He attended Rollins College and the Olin Business School of Washington University.

There were 122 home sales in Olivette in 2008, with a median sales price of $229,950.
