Personal injury lawyer sells University City 4BD

Evan and Courtney Buxner sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7114 Maryland Ave. in University City to Timothy Froehlich and his wife, Sarah Plumb, for $420,000 on April 29.

Mr. Buxner bought the property for $395,000 in Aug. 2002. The 2,104-square-foot house, which was built in 1926, is in the University City South neighborhood.

Mr. Buxner is a lawyer who practices personal injury and consumer fraud litigation in St. Louis.

He holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Massachusetts.

There were 720 home sales in University City in 2008, with a median sales price of $150,000.
