Kathleen Olivastro and her husband, Joseph, bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 15 Outer Ladue Dr. in Frontenac from Martha E. Austin for $540,000 on April 29.

The 2,589-square-foot house was built in 1955.

Mrs. Olivastro has worked as a district manager for the retail clothing store Express.

She earned her B.A. in marketing and economics from the University of Missouri–St. Louis (1982).

There were 51 home sales in Frontenac in 2008, with a median sales price of $625,000.
