Dr. Ramakrishna Venkatesh and his wife, Amupa, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 414 Foxbrook Dr. in Creve Coeur to Thomas and Circe Diggs for $395,000 on April 30.
The Venkateshes bought the property for $395,000 in June 2004. The 2,817-square-foot house, which was built in 1965, is in the neighborhood of Fox Brook Estates.
Dr. Ramakrishna is a urologist who serves as co-director of the fellowship program at the Center for Advanced Medicine in St. Louis. He is also the founder of the Stone Center, a multidisciplinary stone clinic at Washington University. He is affiliated with St. Louis Children’s Hospital as well.
He completed medical school at Bangalore Medical College in India.
There were 190 home sales in Creve Coeur in 2008, with a median sales price of $327,100.
