Custom home builder selling 4BD in Westwood

Kent and Victoria Higginbotham have listed for sale their four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11900 Conway Road in Westwood for $475,000.

The 2,597-square-foot, ranch-style house was built in 1958.

Mr. Higginbotham is a third generation home builder and an executive with Higginbotham Custom Homes & Renovation. He first held the position of construction project engineer and assistant estimator with the company.

Prior to that, he served as U.S. Naval reserve captain and served on the board of directors of the Independence Center and the advisory board of UMB Bank. He was the chairman of the custom builders council of the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis as well.
