Webster University VP lists Manchester 4BD

David Alan Garafola has listed for sale his four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 830 Courtwood Lane in Manchester for $630,000.

Garafola acquired the property for $476,000 in April 2004. The 3,182-square-foot house, which was built in 1991, is in the Manors of Town & Country subdivision.

Garafola is the vice president for finance and administration at Webster University in St. Louis. Prior to that, he worked at Towson University and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. He is also a member the National Association of College and University Business Officers and is currently an active member participating with the Higher Learning Commission.

He earned a business administration degree from Salisbury State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore.

There were 41 home sales in Manchester in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
