Family doctor gets Glendale 4BD

Dr. Julie E. Busch and Bryan E. Swearngin bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 1210 Glenvista Place in Glendale from Alexia A. Walters for $490,000 on May 6.

Walters paid $337,500 for the property in April 2007. The 1,987-square-foot home was built in 1968.

Dr. Busch practices family medicine in the St. Louis area.

She received her M.D. from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

There were 113 sales in Glendale in 2008, with a median price of $273,750.
