Mr. Jasper is vice chairman and chief executive officer of Reliance Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of the St. Louis-based Reliance Bancshares Incorporated. He has been in the banking industry in the St. Louis region for more than 39 years. Prior to assuming his current position, he was executive vice president and chief credit officer at a local regional bank.

There were 112 sales in Town & Country in 2008, with a median price of $655,000.
