Insurance company VP buys Glendale 5BD

Conrad M. Deneault and his wife, Susan, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1329 Green Tree Lane in Glendale from Michael Livingston and his wife, Kimberly, for $862,500 on May 7.

The 3,894-square-foot home was built in 1940.

Mr. Deneault is a senior vice president at the Daniel and Henry Co., an insurance and risk management firm based in St. Louis. He previously served as a claims representative at State Farm Insurance.

He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.

There were 115 sales in Glendale in 2008, with a median price of $263,000.
