Family physician unloads Kirkwood 4BD

Dr. Joseph F. Eickmeyer sold his four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 385 E. Clinton Place in Kirkwood to Scott Smith and his wife, Dawn, for $362,500 on May 8.
Dr. Eickmeyer, along with Julie Eickmeyer, paid $350,000 for the property in Nov. 2004. The 2,400-square-foot house was built in 2002.
Dr. Eickmeyer is a family physician at Cedar Hill Medical. He is also affiliated at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis.
He earned his D.O. from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center and his graduate education at Forest Park Hospital.
