Dr. Svancarek has served as a resident at the Resurrection Medical Center.

She completed her medical degree at the University of Missouri–Columbia.

Zumwinkel has served as an area manager at QC Holdings, a provider of payday loans. He was responsible for site operations, operations training, maintenance of financial records and auditing.

Mr. Zamberlan has been the principal and vice president of industrial systems at Laramore, Douglass and Popham Consulting Engineers, a power engineering company. He specializes in operations and strategic planning, business systems design and implementation to support operations.

He attended the University of Missouri–Columbia.

There were 398 home sales in Ballwin in 2008, with a median sales price of $215,000.
