Joseph and Nancy Sellinger have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 15 W. Geyer Lane in Frontenac for $1.649 million.
Ms. Sellinger paid $1.3 million for the property in July 2001. The 4,990-square-foot house was built in 1993 in the Frontenac South neighborhood. Joan Schnoebelen of Laura McCarthy Real Estate is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Sellinger has been the chief executive officer and president of Anheuser-Busch's subsidiaries: Anheuser-Busch Recycling Corp., Metal Container Corp., Precision Printing and Packaging Inc. and Glass Container Corp. Prior to that, he served as the company’s vice president and group executive as well as vice president of operations, chairman and director of Packaging Group Inc.
He has also been a director of UQM Technologies Inc. since March 2008 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1971 including service in the Vietnam War as a Navy intelligence officer.
He graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in history.
There were 49 home sales in Frontenac in 2008, with a median sales price of $632,000.
