Dr. Pradeep Kapoor and Dr. Alka Kapoor sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1328 Forrest Lane Court in Manchester to Abdelouahab Amor and Remaki Amor Amel for $350,000 on May 12.

The Kapoors paid $315,000 for the property in Dec. 2000. The 2,934-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Forrest Lane subdivision.

Dr. Pradeep Kapoor has served as a professor of internal medicine and a director of senior services at St. Mary’s Health Center. His clinical interests include primary care medicine and anticoagulation.

He completed his medical degree at King Edward Medical College and his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Dr. Alka Kapoor has served as the co-medical director of St. Mary’s Senior Care Center. She has also worked as an internist at the Acacia Medical Clinic.

She attended the University of Lucknow and completed her training at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Mr. Amor has served as a professor at St. Louis Community College.

There were 41 home sales in Manchester in 2008, with a median sales price of $208,750.
