Ms. Harbor is the owner of Core Strength LLC, a personalized fitness company. She also serves as a master instructor trainer for FiTOUR and is an expert in pilates mat and equipment, yoga, cycling, water fitness and group fitness. She has been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years.

She received her bachelor’s in education from Miami University of Ohio.

He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1988.
