Rodney Beckett and his wife, Sue, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 2206 Twin Estates Circle in Chesterfield for $500,000.

The 3,120-square-foot house, which was built in 1994, is in the Twin Estates at Sycamore Ridge subdivision. Susan Johnson of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mr. Beckett is a St. Louis shoe designer who has been in the shoe industry for more than two decades. Currently, he designs for the Ann Marino shoes line of the firm New York Transit. Previously, he worked as designer for the Brown and Wohl Shoe Co.

Ms. Beckett serves as marketing executive at FreeLife International, a multi-level marketing company.

There were 565 home sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median sales price of $318,000.
