Scrapbooking expert, poker player selling in Wildwood

Joanna Campbell-Slan and her husband, David, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7 Ailanthus Court in Wildwood for $699,900.

The 4,041-square-foot house, which was built in 1994, is in the neighborhood of Wildwood Northeast. Kristi Monschein of Prudential Alliance is the listing agent.

Mrs. Slan is an expert in the scrapbooking community, having written several books on the subject and founded the U.K.-based contest "The Best of British Scrapbooking." She is also one of the early authors of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books and the founder of the Sisters in Crime’s Forensic University of St. Louis.

Mr. Slan is the president of Steinway Piano Gallery and a professional poker player.

There were 473 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
