Marc Wurman and his wife, Misty, bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 511 Autumn Oaks Dr. in Ellisville from Richard and Sandra Cowan for $372,000 on May 19.
The Cowans bought the property for $351,000 in Nov. 1999. The 2,424-square-foot house, which was built in 1990, is in the neighborhood of Ellisville South.
Mr. Wurman is a sector manager at BIS Frucon Engineering in St. Louis. He previously worked as a general manager for plant engineering at FLSmidth in Allentown, Pa.
He is a 1990 graduate of Alfred University in Western New York.
There were 122 home sales in Ellisville in 2008, with a median sales price of $180,000.
