The Changs paid $422,000 for the property in Oct. 2002. The 2,903-square-foot house, which was built in 1979, is in the Webster Grove South neighborhood.
Mr. Delhougne is the senior mortgage loan officer at the Private Bank. Prior to that, he worked as a principal at Castle Mortgage and senior account executive at T-Mobile.
He graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
Dr. Chang is an obstetrician and gynecologist specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Oregon Fertility Institute. She is also affiliated with Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Prior to that, she worked as assistant professor and director of the oocyte donor program at the Washington University School of Medicine.
She earned her M.D. from the University Of California School Of Medicine in San Diego. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology from Yale-New Haven Hospital and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Washington University School of Medicine.
There were 361 home sales in Webster Groves in 2008, with a median sales price of $205,000.
