St. Louis County exec lists Spanish Lake 5BD

Ronald M. Naumer and his wife, Joanne Gladney, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 900 Coal Bank Road in Spanish Lake CDP for $385,000.

The 3,200-square-foot house was built in 1973 in the Spanish Lake East neighborhood. Lyndon Anderson of Prudential Patterson Realtors is the listing agent for the home.

Mrs. Gladney serves as administrative assistant at the St. Louis County Planning Department. She also had served in the office of the city mayor of St. Louis and worked with the Sister Cities program of St. Louis County. Prior to that, she was president of Joanne Gladney & Associates, a community relations company.

There were 503 home sales in Spanish Lake CDP in 2008, with a median sales price of $53,000.
