James Mednik and his wife, Nancy, have listed for sale their two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 155 Carondelet Plaza in Clayton for $1.2 million.

The Medniks paid $1,231,462 for the 2,726-square-foot Unit #310 in Dec. 2008. It is part of the Crescent condominium development, which was built in 2007. Barbara Wulfing of Janet McAfee, Inc. is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Mednik is president and treasurer at Mednik Wiping Materials, a St. Louis-based manufacturer and distributor of textile products.

Mrs. Mednik is a co-owner of the company.

There were 101 condo sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median price of $380,000.
