Dr. Steven Vennard and his wife, Carol, have listed for sale their four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1638 Misty Hollow Court in Wildwood for $489,900.

The Vennards paid $455,000 for the property in June 2005. The 3,840-square-foot home in the Garden Valley Farms neighborhood was built in 2002. Gary Hoeferkamp of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the agent for the listing.

Dr. Vennard practices oral and maxillofacial surgery at Midwest Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery, which has offices in O’Fallon, Chesterfield, Wentzville and Troy. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he was engaged in private practice and served the Air Force as a general dentist officer.

He has a bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University College of Biological Sciences and a D.D.S. from the College of Dentistry at Ohio State University. He completed the oral and maxillofacial surgical residency program at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
