Andrew and Susan Frager have listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 15 Roclare Lane in Town & Country for $499,900.

The Fragers paid $372,000 for the property in Nov. 2000. The 2,820-square-foot home was built in 1967. Jody Hoffman of Keller Williams Realty is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Frager is an independent trader with Forex Movement an educational organization focused on growing students into foreign currency exchange traders. He is also a broker at Keller Williams Realty and works in referral marketing at Send Out Cards. He previously served as vice president at Probus Capital Management LLC.

After graduating from Principia College, he went on to pursue his M.B.A. at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

There were 120 sales in Town & Country in 2008, with a median price of $652,500.
