Michael Szczechura and his wife, Clara, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 912 N. Harrison Ave. in Kirkwood for $595,000.

The Szczechuras paid $610,000 for the property in May 2007. The 3,115-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Kirkwood Northeast neighborhood. Kurt Selzle of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Szczechura is the owner of Rev Consulting, an advertising sales consulting company. Prior to that, he worked as vice president of ad sales and operations at Charter Communications and Comcast.

He attended Wilmington College.

Mrs. Szczechura is the owner of SugarDumplin.com, a monthly scrapbook kit club.

There were 501 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
