Steven and Lisa Schlarman have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 650 Grand View Ridge Court in Eureka for $429,000.

The Schlarmans paid $351,468 for the property in Nov. 2002. The 3,665-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Eureka South neighborhood. Terri Emms of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Schlarman works as an IT GRC product manager at Archer Technologies, a computer and network security company. Prior to joining Archer, he worked as chief compliance and GRC strategist at Brabeion Software, served as director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was a systems analyst with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

He attended Southern Illinois University.
