Anesthesiologist sells 4BD in Chesterfield

Dr. Roxanne L. Richards and Mark Richards sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1134 Nooning Tree Dr. in Chesterfield to Michael L. Green for $495,000 on May 26.

The Richardses paid $435,000 for the property in Jan. 2003. The 2,251-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the North of 64 neighborhood.

Dr. Richards is an anesthesiologist and radiologist affiliated with Missouri Baptist Medical Center.

There were 565 home sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median sales price of $318,000.
