Henry K. Anyimadu bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 3874 Albers Place Court in Florissant from McBride and Son Homes Inc. for $250,000 on April 13.

The 2,488-square-foot house was built in 2008.

Anyimandu serves as the strategy and business development general manger at Ingersoll Rand. Prior to that, he served as Technology Entrepreneurship Society president at the University of Texas–Austin and as a research assistant at the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Texas.

There were 1,034 home sales in Florissant in 2008, with a median sales price of $95,950.
