Surgery professor lists Brentwood 3BD

Dr. Craig Enloe Krausz and his wife, Michelle, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 9363 Pine Ave. in Brentwood for $369,900.
Dr. Krausz bought the property for $293,000 in July 2001. The 1,944-square-foot house, which was built in 1948, is in the neighborhood of Brentwood West. Valerie Engel of Janet McAfee Real Estate is the listing agent.
Dr. Krausz is an assistant professor of surgery and assistant residency program director in the emergency medicine division at the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He is affiliated with St. Louis University Hospital and Slucare-Emergency Medicine.
He obtained his medical degree at the St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Truman Medical Center of the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
There were 168 home sales in Brentwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $165,000.
