Psychology professor lists 5BD in Chesterfield

David R. York has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6 River Bend Dr. in Chesterfield for $399,000.

York acquired the property in June 2007. The 2,520-square-foot house was built in 1961 in the North of 64 neighborhood. Kathy Flynn of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

York has served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Maryville University. He has been a managing partner at EHR Consulting, was a senior consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank and was the director of leadership and organizational development at Insituform Technologies Inc.

He attended Indiana State University, Iowa State University and DePauw University.

There were 568 home sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median price of $318,475.
