Thomas and Susan Templeman have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1520 Highland Valley Circle in Wildwood for $624,900.

The Templemans bought the property for $620,000 in Sept. 2006. The 3,792-square-foot house, which was built in 1990, is in the neighborhood of Wildwood Northeast. Mark Sheller of Re/Max The Ewen Team is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Templeman is a senior vice president for integrated supply chain at Liquidia Technologies in North Carolina. He was named to the position earlier in June. Before Liquidia, he worked as a general manager for Centocor Biologics in St. Louis and worked in research and development with Vysis, Imagenetics, Gene-Trak and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.

He earned his B.S. in biology in 1981 from Santa Clara University and his Ph.D. in biology in 1986 from Dartmouth College. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship in molecular biology in 1988 at Harvard.

There were 477 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
