Muhamed Hadziselimovic and his wife, Vildana Basogic, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 10410 Golterman Dr. in Sappington from Mary M. Flauaus for $255,000 on June 18.

The 1,944-square-foot house, which was built in 1963, is in the Sappington North neighborhood.

Hadziselimovic is a technology coordinator at St. Louis Community College in Wildwood. Previously, he was an extended site technical coordinator at Webster University.

There were 78 sales in Sappington in 2008, with a median sales price of $147,500.
