Bradley G. Stack and his wife, Patricia, sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 4601 Butler Bend Court in Concord to Christopher J. Hagemann for $300,000 on May 15.
The 2,744-square-foot house was built in 1986 in Butler Bend Estates. Mark and Neil Gellman of Coldwell Banker Premier were the agents for the sale.
Mr. Stack is vice president at Cameron Holdings Corp., a private equity company with offices in San Diego, Calif., and Ballwin, Mo. He joined Cameron Holdings in 1981. He is also the president of Sinclair & Rush, a manufacturer of plastic dip molding.
He received his B.A. from Benedictine College.
There were 214 home sales in Concord in 2008, with a median sales price of $165,000.
