David G. Bellon bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 501 Meadow Creek Lane in Warson Woods from Richard and Theresa Heinlein for $515,000 on June 12.

The Heinleins bought the property for $291,500 in April 1999. The 2,609-square-foot house was built in 1983 in the Woodlawn Farm subdivision.

Mr. Bellon is a reservist lieutenant colonel and has served as battalion commander with the 3rd Battalion 23rd Marines. He is also a partner and co-founder of a law firm in Oceanside, Calif.

There were 40 home sales in Warson Woods in 2008, with a median sales price of $320,000.
