Cargill GM deals 4BD in Oakville

Tim Claver and his wife, Brenda, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3212 Ridgetop View Dr. in Oakville to Beverly A. Hayes for $304,000 on June 12.

The Clavers paid $370,000 for the property in June 2006. The 2,742-square-foot home was built in 2000 in the Forest Creek subdivision.

Mr. Claver is a general manager at Cargill, a multinational corporation headquartered in Minnetonka, Minn., involved in purchasing, processing, and distributing grain and other agricultural commodities, as well as in manufacturing and selling livestock feed and ingredients for processed foods and pharmaceuticals. He previously served as a performance marketing leader with the company. He joined Cargill in July 2000 as a soybean merchant.

He has a B.A. in agribusiness from the University of Nebraska.

There were 358 sales in Oakville in 2008, with a median price of $210,000.
