Daniel K. Palmatier and his wife, Amy, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12175 Foxpoint Dr. in Maryland Heights to Rebecca and Craig Yeater for $252,000 on July 9.

The Palmatiers paid $200,000 for the property in Oct. 2000. The 1,932-square-foot house was built in 1977 in the Maryland Heights Central neighborhood.

Mr. Palmatier is the business development manager at Levi, Ray & Shoup Inc., a software and information technology services firm headquartered in Springfield, Ill. Previously he worked in sales management at Copying Concepts, a digital solutions company.

He received his B.S. in economics and computer science from Missouri State University in 1987.

There were 323 home sales in Maryland Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $145,400.
