Gas company manager sells 4BD in Mattese West

James A. Rieske and his wife, Sharon, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 13569 Becker Place Dr. in Mattese West to Jesse M. Francis and his wife, Alicia, for $262,000 on July 24.

The 2,199-square-foot home was built in 1997 in the Tesson Parc subdivision.

Mr. Rieske has served as manager of Laclede Gas Co., a St. Louis-based public utility company engaged in the retail distribution and sale of natural gas. He has been chairman of the Missouri Association of Natural Gas Operators.

There were 95 sales in Mattese West in 2008, with a median price of $190,000.
