Computer science professor selling 4BD in Bellerive

Steven E. Reichenbach and his wife, Ellen, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 54 Bellerive Acres St. in Bellerive for $379,000.

The Reichenbachs paid $200,000 for the property in March 2008. The 2,430-square-foot house was built in 1936 in the Bellerive Acres subdivision. Susan McLaughlin of Laura McCarthy Real Estate in Town and Country is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Reichenbach is a computer science and engineering professor at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. He is also the founding director and president at GC Image LLC. He previously served as technology professor at AIM Institute and was the founding director and president of Internet Nebraska Corp.

He earned his Ph.D. in computer science at the College of William and Mary, his M.S. in computer science at Washington University and his B.A. in English at the University of Nebraska.

There were no home sales in the Bellerive in 2008.
