Health services company founder lands 3BD

Dr. Joseph Unger and Cynthia Unger bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4910 Valley Crest Dr. in Concord CDP from Greg and Katie Koch for $325,000 on July 13.

The Kochs paid $287,000 for the property in Oct. 2007. The 2,456-square-foot house in the Valley Crest subdivision was built in 1957.

Dr. Unger is the founder and clinic director of Atrium Health Services. He is also a faculty member at Logan College of Chiropractic.

He received his degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1979.

There were 214 home sales in Concord CDP in 2008, with a median sales price of $165,000.
