Keldon P. Koblick and his wife, Sherri, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 16275 Forest Meadows Dr. in Chesterfield for $369,900.

The 2,652-square-foot house in the Forest Meadows subdivision was built in 1987. Larry Patey of RE/MAX Suburban is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Koblick is the president of Valley Financial Services, a firm which offers insurance, tax and accounting services.

He attended Southern Illinois University.

There were 581 home sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median sales price of $316,000.
