The Kamats paid $618,500 for the property in Feb. 2003. The 3,336-square-foot house, which was built in 2003, is in the neighborhood of Olivette South.

Dr. Kamat is an internist and rheumatologist who is affiliated with Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital.

She received her M.D. from PDM Medical School. She completed her internship and residency at St. Francis Medical Center and served her fellowship at the St. Louis University School of Medicine.

Mr. Kamat is a medical director at Goal Oriented Healthcare.

Mr. Ju is an assistant professor at Washington University in St. Louis.

He graduated from Rice University.

There were 121 sales in Olivette in 2008, with a median sales price of $229,950.
