Parish chairperson deals 4BD in Kirkwood

Kathryn M. Fowler and her husband, Kevin, sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 415 N. Taylor Ave. in Kirkwood to Prudential Relocations Inc. for $540,000 on Aug. 7.

The 2,487-square-foot home in the Kirkwood Northeast neighborhood was built in 1904.

Ms. Fowler is chairperson of the pastoral council at St. Peter Parish in St. Louis. She also serves on the board of education at the St. Peter School and is president of the Polycystic Kidney Foundation.

She has an degree in liberal arts from the University of Cobbleskill and a B.S. in marketing from the University of Bridgeport.

There were 514 sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median price of $195,000.
