Moneta Taylor and Derrick Taylor have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 423 Cerromar Dr. in Eureka for $419,900.

The Taylors acquired the house for $479,900 in July 2007. The 3,603-square-foot house in the Eureka South neighborhood was built in 2002. Damian Gerard of Serving St. Louis Realty is the listing agent for the house.

Ms. Taylor serves as a freelance instructional systems designer. She has been an instructional designer at Quickens Loans, a high school teacher at  Evansville Vanderburgh School and a trainer coordinator at Toyota Motor Manufacturing.

She received her B.A. degree in education at Clark Atlanta University. She received her M.A. in performance improvement and instructional design at the University of Michigan–Dearborn.

There were 179 sales in Eureka in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
