Leasing company officer selling Wildwood 5BD

Jonathan S. Zigman has listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 2632 Chatham Place Court in Wildwood for $549,900.

Zigman paid $372,000 for the property in Dec. 2001. The 3,108-square-foot house in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood was built in 1992. Carla Borgard of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

Zigman is a senior vice president at CSI Leasing Inc., an independent IT leasing company. He previously worked as an executive recruiter at Noll Human Resource Services.

He attended the University of Michigan.

There were 482 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median price of $320,000.
