Andres M. Arteta and wife, Joanie, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 742 Castle Tower Dr. in Ellisville for $510,000.

The Artetas bought the property for $530,000 in April 2006. The 3,756-square-foot house in the Ellisville South neighborhood was built in 2005. Talia Stadler of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mr. Arteta is director of software development and implementation at Amdocs in St. Louis. He was assistant vice president of program management at International Telecommunication Data Systems as well as director of product management at Corsair Communications and at Subscriber Computing Inc.

He earned a bachelor's in computer information systems from California State Polytechnic University–Pomona.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 109 home sales in Ellisville in 2008, with a median sales price of $182,000.
