The Ladds paid $530,000 for the property in Aug. 2001. The 3,108-square-foot house in the Ladue North neighborhood was built in 1932. Heidi Long of Janet Mcafee Real Estate is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Ladd is a senior vice president at U.S. Trust, a firm that provides wealth management services. He previously served as vice president of private asset management at TIAA-CREF.

He completed a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in management at Drury University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 141 home sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median price of $540,000.
