Roger Bettlach sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 264 Parkland Ave. in Glendale to Paul and Francine Feagan for $315,000 on Sept. 10.
Bettlach paid $282,500 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 2,118-square-foot house, which was built in 1941, is in the Glendale South neighborhood.
Bettlach is a managing member at Korus R.E.I., a builder and contractor in St. Louis. Previously, he served as vice president at Bank of America and as an operations manager at Deustche Bank.
He received his B.S. in financial management from Missouri State University and earned his M.B.A. from St. Louis University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 76 sales in Glendale in 2008, with a median sales price of $257,450.
