Stuart M. Dabbs has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 917 Stone Spring Dr. in Eureka for $399,000.

Dabbs acquired the house for $350,000 in Aug. 2001. The 4,807-square-foot house in the Eureka South neighborhood was built in 1999. Kathleen Helbig of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent for the house.

Dabbs serves as the owner of the Corporate Flooring Group.

Dabbs received his B.S. degree in electronics from Southern Illinois University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 140 sales in Eureka in 2008, with a median price of $206,500.
