Imo's Pizza owner lists Fenton 3BD for $3.75M

Frank and Eva Imo have listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 595 New Smizer Mill Road in Fenton for $3.75 million.

The Imos paid $1.2 million for the 2,255-square-foot house in June 2004. It was built in 1909. Eric Merchant of Prudential Alliance is the listing agent.

Mr. Imo is the owner of two Imo's Pizza branches and partial owner of two others. His father, Ed Imo, founded the pizzeria.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 31 home sales in Fenton in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
